Usually, when people think about dieting or a healthy diet, they think about losing weight. My problem is not losing weight; it is that I am underweight. I really struggle to eat real food. I just do not feel hungry very often, and I feel sick when I eat. My doctor said that if I want to have children I have to get to the right weight for my height because right now I am not at a healthy weight.
My husband and I want to have kids but I do not want to gain weight. I have always been the smallest in my family and I think a part of me is afraid to be overweight.
